What is the Mark of the Spider-Man?

Collider has found a hidden message within the new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man., which lead to the website MarkoftheSpider-Man.com which appears to be the beginning of a viral campaign.  At the moment, the website only shows six static screens, but its been said that the coding on the site suggests possible “cities” and a countdown.  No word on what will happen or what the result will be, but check back soon for any updates.
